    搜狐体育讯 国际广播中心，简称IBC，是一个广播和电视转播场馆，由OBO/OBS负责其设计和设备配置以及运行。

　　International Broadcast Centre (IBC)

　　The International Broadcast Centre (IBC) is a radio and television broadcasting venue whose design and fitout is managed and operated by the OBO/OBS. At the IBC, the OBO/OBS receives and distributes the ITVR Signals, generated at the venues. All broadcast telecommunications facilities both for contribution and distribution are concentrated at this point. The IBC is also designed to accommodate the Rights Holders and to place at their disposal, according to their needs, broadcasting equipment, constructed space and basic services enabling them to prepare and transmit their radio and television coverage of the Olympic Games. The IBC and IBC general services are provided by the OCOG in consultation with the OBO/OBS and as per the agreements with Rights Holders. The fitout of the IBC is the responsibility of the OBO/OBS. General services at the IBC are provided by the OCOG in consultation with the OBO and as per the agreements with Rights Holders. For the Summer Games, the IBC is generally situated in close proximity to the Main Press Centre (MPC) and close to the main Olympic precinct and major sports such as athletics and aquatics. For the Winter Games, the IBC and MPC are often co-located and become known as a Main Media Centre (MMC).

　　Centre International de Radio et Télévision (CIRTV)

　　Le Centre International de Radio et Télévision (CIRTV) est une unité de production de radio et de télévision. L'ORTO/OBS gère et assure la conception et l'équipement du CIRTV, où il reçoit et distribue les signaux ITVR (signaux internationaux de radio et de télévision) produits sur les sites. Tous les moyens de télécommunications pour la contribution comme pour la distribution y sont centralisés. Enfin, le CIRTV permet d'accueillir les détenteurs de droits et de mettre à leur disposition, en fonction de leurs besoins, l'équipement de radio et de télévision ainsi que les locaux et les services de base nécessaires à la préparation et à la diffusion de leurs programmes radio et télévisés sur les Jeux Olympiques. Les services généraux du CIRTV sont fournis par le COJO après consultation de l'ORTO/OBS, suivant les contrats conclus avec les détenteurs de droits. Pour les Jeux de l'Olympiade (Jeux Olympiques d'été), le CIRTV est généralement situé à proximité immédiate du Centre Principal de Presse (CPP) et à proximité du complexe olympique principal et des grands sports tels que l'athlétisme et les sports aquatiques. Pour les Jeux Olympiques d'hiver, le CIRTV et le CPP sont souvent situés dans un même lieu et le complexe ainsi formé est appelé Centre Principal des Médias (CPM).
