　　Procurement relates to the planning, implementation and management of the purchase and/or acquisition of equipment, goods and services as required to run the Games. Procurement is the process of obtaining goods by the OCOG through purchase or VIK. The OCOG may establish a functional area dealing with Procurement aspects.
